Newcastle Airport is thrilled to announce the launch of Bonza's second inaugural flight this week, connecting Newcastle to the Whitsundays Coast in Queensland. This new route provides a convenient and affordable travel option for passengers seeking to explore one of Australia's most picturesque coastal destinations.
Flight AB919 is schedule to depart Newcastle Airport at 11:20am this morning and will land at Whitsunday Coast Airport at 12:55PM (QLD time).
Following the successful launch of the first Bonza flight from the Sunshine Coast on Tuesday, this second route marks a significant milestone in the airline’s commitment to providing affordable, convenient and exceptional air travel experience for Australians.

The new route from Newcastle to Whitsundays Coast will operate two times a week, with flights departing Newcastle Airport on Tuesdays and Saturdays and a flight time of 2 hours and 35 minutes. Flights are available for booking through the FlyBonza app or with your local travel agent.
